These terms and conditions explain how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, powerwire.eu including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us.

The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our visitors updated about resources, blog articles, teaching resources, external resources, and websites regarding the IBM Power server.

The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory.

Frequency

The frequency of the newsletter will be at one per month unless you agreed to receiving additional marketing material from PowerWire.

We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter, at any time with or without notice to you.

We will not be liable to you, or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this Site shall also be subject to these terms of use.

We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users/visitors from our newsletter service without notice.

We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.

Severability

If any provision of terms is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, its enforceability is any other jurisdiction shall not be affected and nor shall the validity of enforceability of any other provision of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the law in the Courts of England.
