NIEUWEGEIN, Netherlands — Today Remain Software is pleased to announce the second Milestone of TD/OMS V14, Gravity V7, OCTO V1, Remain API Studio V3, and MiWorkplace V1.28, in line with the company’s commitment to innovation and support. This Milestone is the second of three scheduled enhancements to each solution, culminating in the annual release each summer. Today’s releases feature new integrations, improvements to the user interfaces, and even the first version of a new web solution.

New features and enhancements are listed below, with additional highlights and full details available on associated web pages:

TD/OMS V14.0.2 is our flagship DevOps tool for IBM i. Integrations to Azure DevOps and SonarQube have been added. Together with support for GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket, this completes our strategy to support all major DevOps providers. This release also brings the generation of Rest API using Mustache templates, a new KPI Dashboard, web presence, and more than 50 other enhancements.

Gravity V7.0.2 features new fixes and enhancements, like a Kanban board where all tasks can be organized and accessed in Octo. For more details, please visit the release landing page at https://remainsoftware.com/news/tdoms-v1402-and-gravity-v702-are-here

Octo V1 is Remain Software’s new web application to host pluggable applications. Standing for “Open Core for Technology Orchestration”, it is the framework that makes it possible to bind everything together. Its first version brings TD/OMS to the web with essential work management, ratification, task and request linking, and an excellent dashboard to visualize any issues in your DevOps environment. MiWorkplace V1.28.  Remain’s development environment for IBM i is enhanced in several areas. Compile commands have been added for COBOL and SQL sources, and prompting is now available for all compile commands. The new version also allows to recover from flaky network connections, drill down into search results, search with regular expressions, compile directly from the editor, outline improvements, and a dozen additional fixes and improvements. Last but not least,Remain API studio V3.0.2, the company’s rich visual API editor and testbench, keeps increasing its user-friendliness and functionality. The most remarkable enhancement to the Studio is that the current OpenAPI JSON/YAML editor has been upgraded with a much better and more efficient one. The Studio’s RPG generator gives more control to the users, allowing them to influence how the code is generated, thanks to the use of Mustache templates. And there are also improved API validations. But there’s more. Take a look at what’s new: https://remainsoftware.com/news/remain-api-studio-v302-features-new-editor-and-improvements-its-rpg-generator.
