MINNEAPOLIS June 10, 2020 – HelpSystems today announced a new release of its award-winning secure managed file transfer (MFT) software GoAnywhere MFT. The new version includes a release of the HelpSystems SaaS solution, as well as more robust collaboration via secure email and forms.

With the release of its new MFTaaS offering, GoAnywhere MFT can now be deployed as a SaaS solution. This is a significant way to increase flexibility and provide organizations with centralized control, all without having to manage the infrastructure. Along with enhanced file security, MFTaaS is easy to manage, quick to start, and subscription pricing provides cost savings up front and on an ongoing basis.

Several customers requested Secure Forms enhancements and the GoAnywhere team delivered. “Users can now take advantage of more powerful and flexible Secure Forms capabilities, as well as repeat the same components dynamically on a single form,” said Brian Pick, Managing Director of GoAnywhere MFT, HelpSystems. “These capabilities will enable users to receive and request data more easily than ever.” Users can also send email and large files securely with the newly modernized Secure Mail Outlook plug-in.

To support strong and secure file transfers through all formats, GoAnywhere MFT now offers an SMS add-on that utilizes Cloud Connector technology. With this, users can use any viable SMS provider worldwide to send passwords via text messages to the email recipient.

Additionally, GoAnywhere MFT is offering support for those who need to transfer files securely with banks in Europe. With the new PeSIT server, users of GoAnywhere MFT can meet European banking standards and accept communications from the banking industry all throughout Europe. A PeSIT client is also an option, which can be used to connect to an external PeSIT server.

Finally, this update includes support for better SFTP security, with stronger key algorithms for both the SFTP client and server modules; Drummond Certification for AS3; and security enhancements to support Common Criteria certification, which is expected to be wrapped up later this year. Common Criteria is an international standard for IT security.

GoAnywhere version 6.5 is now available to the public. Learn more at www.goanywhere.com.
