Time is running out for IBM i user-organisations to apply for a $2000 (€1470/£1175) grant from the Maxava iFoundation.
The deadline for applications is Monday, June 30.
Auckland, New Zealand-based high availability specialist Maxava has handed out $150,000 over the last three years. Once again, there’s a funding pool of $50,000 for grants in 2014-15. Successful applicants in Europe in the past have included iManifest EMEA and Austria’s Schule für EDV.
Allan Campbell, CEO of Maxava, says: “Maxava is exclusively committed to the IBM i. We established the iFoundation to encourage the continuing growth of the IBM i community and the development of the people that operate within it, and we are delighted to extend our support through the Maxava iFoundation for another year.”
Interested user groups should visit www.maxavaifoundation.com to view application criteria and download the application form. Once again, submissions should be received by June 30.
